Infrared Nanoscope

An instrument for spectroscopy and imaging in infrared frequencies with the spatial resolution down to 10nm. Scanner (black unit in the center) is from Neaspec. Smaller four boxes on the right are tunable quantum cascade lasers by a local San Diego company Daylightsolutions.
