High Vacuum Sputter Deposition Chamber

This chamber allows for rf and dc magnetron sputtering with a total of eight target materials. It has twin load lock facility with a substrate holder temperature controlled to 1000 C. Uses: reactive sputtering of oxides, deposition of tunnel junctions, etc.
